Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of Basmati
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- ½ can pineapple, in pieces
- 1 tbsp sour cream, or creme fraiche
- Mustard
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without mayonnaise, vegetarian
Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool. Dice the bell peppers and add them along with the pineapple pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a salad dressing, adjusting the amount to taste. Stir everything together.
