Summer soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ cauliflower
  • 100 g peas (also works frozen)
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ½ liter milk, cold
  • Parsley
  • dill
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables. Bring salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes first, followed by the carrots and peas, and then the cauliflower. Simmer everything on low heat for about 10 minutes; the vegetables should still be a bit firm. Mix the flour with the milk and add this mixture to the soup. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and herbs.
