Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 ½ tbsp mustard, sweet
- 2 ½ tbsp dill, fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp honey or sugar
- 100 g remoulade
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hofmästersas – for pickled or smoked salmon
Mix all ingredients and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. This sauce pairs perfectly with gravlax.
