Pumpkin soup
The ingredients were cleaned and weighed. Sauté the onions with ham and vegetable cream in a pot and simmer. Peel and dice the carrots and add them. Simmer for as long as possible without adding any water. Peel and dice the potatoes and add them. Season with salt and pepper and add enough water to just cover the vegetables. Simmer. In the meantime, peel, deseed, and finely dice the pumpkin. Add it to the pot and season with Rajah spice mix, curry powder, or similar, and simmer until the pumpkin is soft. Then puree everything finely. The pumpkin gives the soup a slightly sweet flavor. As a main course for 4, or as a dinner for 6, the serving contains approximately 276 kcal.
