Sweet Pepper and Cream Soup
The perfect sweet pepper and cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 size Red peppers
- 1 piece Shallot
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 0,75 l Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Clarified butter
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cut the bell pepper, shallot and garlic into small cubes. Sweat the shallot and garlic briefly in clarified butter, then add the paprika and stew briefly.
- Pour in the broth and simmer at low temperature for about 20 minutes. Now remove from the heat and puree well with the blender.
- Then add the cream and season with pepper, salt and chilli to taste. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
