Sweet Pepper and Cream Soup

The perfect sweet pepper and cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 size Red peppers
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 0,75 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter
  • 1 pinch Chili powder
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Cut the bell pepper, shallot and garlic into small cubes. Sweat the shallot and garlic briefly in clarified butter, then add the paprika and stew briefly.
  1. Pour in the broth and simmer at low temperature for about 20 minutes. Now remove from the heat and puree well with the blender.
  1. Then add the cream and season with pepper, salt and chilli to taste. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
