Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- 2 bananas
- Muesli (Crunchy Chocolate Muesli)
- e.g. nuts, coconut flakes etc.

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
From normal eaters to low-carb to paleo
Peel the sweet potato, cut it into chunks, and boil it in water until soft. Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a fork. When the sweet potatoes are soft, drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork. Add the bananas and let them warm up again on the stovetop. Then pour the mash into a deep plate and sprinkle some granola on top. Depending on whether you’re following a regular, low-carb, or paleo diet, you can vary this. Paleo eaters can add chopped nuts or coconut flakes, or whatever you like.
