Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 500 g rye flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 15 g salt
- 1 tsp bread spice mix
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 700 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Peel the carrots and grate them into fine strips. Knead the yeast dough from the listed ingredients and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead the dough briefly again, pour half of the dough into a bread pan, and bake for 1 hour. Then pour the other half into the pan and bake for 1 hour.
