Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • Salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 300 ml cream
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the dough, knead 250 g of flour, salt, cold butter in small pieces, and 1 egg into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Place the dough in a greased 24 cm dish and press down on the edges. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. For the topping, grate the cheese. Whisk with the cream, remaining eggs, and remaining flour. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour the topping into the dish, then spread it over the dough. Bake for about 45 minutes. TIP: Bake the tart on the lowest rack so the dough is cooked through and crispy. Per slice: 470 calories, 13 g protein, 35 g fat, 27 g carbohydrates.
