Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas, approx. 400 g
- 1 can broad beans (broad beans), approx. 400 g
- 300 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt
- Flatbread(s)
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crush the garlic clove and mix it with the yogurt and tahini. Bring the beans and the liquid to a boil in a saucepan. Let the beans cool and dice the tomatoes. Then add them to the yogurt. Season with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with flatbread.
