Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g bell pepper(s), red
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g walnuts
- 3 rusks
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- ½ tsp Pul Biber
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt and pepper

Chop the bell pepper, walnuts, rusks, and garlic into small pieces and place them in a tall container. Add the oil, pul biber, cumin, and lime juice and mix. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with hearty farmhouse bread or flatbread and raw vegetables for dipping. Cucumber, radish, celery, and carrots are ideal.
