Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small jar of bulgur
- 1 chicory
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- Salt
- n. B. lemon slice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, fill a glass of water with the bulgur; the bulgur will absorb the water. Continue adding water until the bulgur reaches the perfect consistency. Chop the parsley, chicory, and tomato as finely as possible. Place these in a bowl with the bulgur. Next, add the oil and plenty of lemon juice, then season the salad with salt.
