Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Pizza dough *
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 75 g ham, raw, diced
  • 50 g chives
  • 2 large onions

* I use Sandy2509’s pizza dough, but you can certainly use any other dough you like, but you’ll have to charge an extra fee! Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, finely chop the chives and mix with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and spread the sour cream mixture on the pizza dough. Thinly slice/cut the onions and spread them on the base with the ham. Bake the tarte flambée at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes. The tarte flambée makes 12 slices, and 3 P are charged per slice.
