Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 g herb curd
- 2 tbsp chives, dried
- 125 g bacon cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread with herb curd cheese. Fry the bacon cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them into a bowl. Wash the apple and grate it into the bowl with the carrots. Add the bacon cubes, honey, and chives and mix well. Spread everything over the tarte flambée dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 20-25 minutes.
