Tender Pork Roast

The perfect tender pork roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Roast pork roll
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Freshly peeled garlic
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 6 tbsp Water
  1. Rinse the pork roast under cold running water, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil, fry the meat on all sides and remove it. Sauté the garlic cloves in the frying fat, add tomato paste and water.
  3. Add the meat, simmer in a closed pot for 1 and 3/4 hours, turning every now and then. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes, cut into slices and arrange on a preheated plate.
  4. If necessary, fill the roast set with a little water, season with salt, pour over the meat or serve with it.
