Tender Pork Roast
The perfect tender pork roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Roast pork roll
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Pc. Freshly peeled garlic
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 6 tbsp Water
- Rinse the pork roast under cold running water, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil, fry the meat on all sides and remove it. Sauté the garlic cloves in the frying fat, add tomato paste and water.
- Add the meat, simmer in a closed pot for 1 and 3/4 hours, turning every now and then. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes, cut into slices and arrange on a preheated plate.
- If necessary, fill the roast set with a little water, season with salt, pour over the meat or serve with it.
