Thai rice stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g rice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice in a rice cooker or according to the instructions. Wash the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Whisk the eggs and fry them with some of the spring onions. Break the egg mixture into small pieces in a pan. Add the rice and fry evenly. Add the remaining spring onions and season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and a little pepper.
