Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180g spaghetti
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 onions, red
  • 20 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 125g mozzarella
  • n. B. chives
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. While the spaghetti is cooking, finely chop the bacon and coarsely chop the onions. Fry in a pan with butter over a relatively low heat. Add a ladleful of hot pasta water to the pan and let it cook. Add the pepper, rosemary, and paprika to the pan. Slice the mozzarella and spread them evenly over the surface of the pan. Drain the cooked pasta and then add it to the pan. Stir. Serve everything on a plate. Sprinkle with salt, chives, and garlic powder.
