a bomb, but delicious!
Wrap the pancakes in onions, salami, cooked ham, and cheese. You don’t have to limit yourself to the ingredients; everyone uses what they like best. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, and bring to a boil with the milk (note: you may need to adjust the quantities; this will depend on the baking dish). When the mixture is creamy, season with salt, pepper, and plenty of nutmeg, and pour over the pancakes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the tops are browned.
