Tomato at Fennel Mince Sauce
Ang perpektong recipe ng tomato at fennel mince sauce na may larawan at simpleng step-by-step na mga tagubilin.
- 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil with a touch of basil
- 200 g giniling na karne ng baka
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 sibuyas ng bawang tinadtad
- Asin at paminta
- 1 Medium-Sized, finely chopped carrot
- 300 g sariwang lutong haras na gulay
- 100 g ulo ng kabute
- Tomato concentrate from my Kb
- O ketchup O tomato paste
- Liquid stock ng gulay
- 150 g Pasta clams

- Magluto ng pasta gaya ng dati.
- Season the minced meat properly with salt and pepper with the onion, the garlic and the carrot in a little rapeseed oil until crumbly, add the fennel vegetables and the mushrooms and then add the roasted tomato concentrate or tomato paste, fill up with a little vegetable stock and simmer until gently the desired consistency has been achieved, season to taste with finely plucked basil and serve with the clam noodles.
