Tofu and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tofu
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 handful of parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar white wine
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the tofu and shallots into small cubes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Lightly fry the shallots in oil and then add the mushrooms. After about 5 minutes, add the diced tofu to the pan. Add the soy sauce and white wine, and continue to simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
