Tomato cream sauce with mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream, 200 ml
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 package of mozzarella
  • 5 tomatoes, ripe or
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor or instant vegetable broth
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil in a pan. Dice the tomatoes and add them. Let them reduce slightly. Deglaze with the cream and stir in the tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Slice or dice the mozzarella and add it to the sauce. When the cheese is soft, serve immediately with spaghetti or other pasta.
