Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of Cremefine
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 10 olives
- basil
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
pasta sauce
Gently heat the tomatoes with the cream (or cream) in a saucepan. Do not let it boil. Gradually add the diced mozzarella and let it melt. Add the sliced olives (I use about 10 green olives stuffed with bell pepper). Season to taste with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Goes well with all types of pasta.
