Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of Cremefine
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 10 olives
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gently heat the tomatoes with the cream (or cream) in a saucepan. Do not let it boil. Gradually add the diced mozzarella and let it melt. Add the sliced ​​olives (I use about 10 green olives stuffed with bell pepper). Season to taste with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Goes well with all types of pasta.
