Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 700 g tomatoes
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 60 g Parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, less if desired
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Piri-Piri from the jar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt and pepper, black
- 4 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and remove the stems and seeds. Place the quartered tomatoes in a tall bowl with the remaining ingredients and blend. Pairs well with whole-wheat spaghetti.
