Tomato Rice Chicken
The perfect tomato rice chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Chicken drumsticks
- 6 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- 4 Carrots
- 125 g Beans
- 120 g Uncooked rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- Worcester sauce
- Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry.
- Peel the onion, chop it up and fry in a pan with hot oil until translucent, add tomato paste and sweat with it.
- Now deglaze with the tomatoes, season with chilli, salt and pepper and pour in the broth.
- Bring everything to the boil, add the chicken drumsticks, bring to the boil and cook covered for about 25 minutes.
- Peel the carrots, cut into slices, clean the beans in half and add to the pan with the uncooked rice, continue cooking for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding a little broth if necessary.
