Ingredients
 

for the salad

  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 3 small Tomatoes yellow, orange
  • 1 kl. Cucumber fresh
  • 1 half Avocado
  • 1 portion Rice scraps
  • 1 portion Parsley

for the marinade

  • 1 portion Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 portion Chili oil
  • 1 portion Salt
  • 1 half Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Halve the avocado, remove the core and use a large spoon to remove the pulp from the skin - one half of the avocado is cut into bite-sized pieces - the other half is crushed very finely with a fork
  • Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl - prepare a marinade from the ingredients listed above and mix the avocado cream well with it - now add the cooked cold rice and the avocado marinade to the salad and mix everything together well - Finally add the chopped parsley
