Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, quartered, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • Garlic granules
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat, fresh, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic to make a dressing. Stir in the parsley and onion, add the tomato pieces, and fold in.
