Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- some lemon juice, fresh or concentrated
- n. B. Oil
- some condensed milk
- Sweetener, liquid or sugar
- Salt and pepper, white
- some parsley, fresh or dried

Wash the tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place it in a salad bowl or Tupperware container. Add a generous splash each of oil, lemon, and condensed milk. Add a generous splash of liquid sweetener (if you don’t have any, regular sugar should work if you mix it with the lemon concentrate beforehand). Season to taste with plenty of white pepper and a little salt. Finally, mix in finely chopped parsley and season again. The marinade tastes slightly sweet, creamy, and peppery. Mix everything well. The salad tastes best when it’s allowed to marinate for 30 minutes. The ingredients can vary depending on your taste; you might need more or less onion or parsley. So, season to your liking. Just be careful with the liquid sugar, as it’s so difficult to sweeten it out…
