Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Water, cold
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to the instructions. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes into small pieces and prepare a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients. Add to the tomatoes (feel free to be generous with the dressing). Top the hot spaghetti with the tomatoes, mix well, and serve immediately. Tip: As a variation, you can also add garlic and/or mozzarella.
