Tomato salad with mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 3 spring onions or leeks
  • 1 pack of salad seasoning mix (garden herbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the spice mix with water, olive oil, and vegetable oil. Wash and chop the tomatoes and spring onions, and add them to the bowl. Drain the mozzarella, chop it up, and add it to the bowl. Mix everything together and let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
