Tomato salad with Parmesan and olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • 10 green olives, marinated in broth
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • chili
  • some lemon zest
  • some Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Pick the basil and add it to the tomatoes. Add the olives. Combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, and spices and toss with the tomatoes. Grate a piece of Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes when serving.
