Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 can/n tomatoes, peeled (Pelati)
- 8 pinches of pepper
- 2 pinches of salt
- 4 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
- 1 tsp broth, instant
- 100 ml water
- 8 dashes liquid spice mix (Kelpamare)
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pour a little oil into a pot. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Add them and fry. Then add 2 cans of pelati. Mix everything well. Season to taste with herbs and spices. Add water and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with bread. Created by Lisa (12 years old)
