Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 tuna slices of 120 g each
- salt and pepper
- 2 lemons, juice
- 1 bunch lemon balm
- 16 slice(s) bacon, thin, streaky
- 4 tomatoes
- some bay leaves
- 1 cup olive oil

Tuna on a skewer
Season the ready-to-cook tuna slices with salt and pepper, and marinate them with lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped lemon balm. Thread 2 fish slices, 4 slices of bacon, 2 tomato halves, and a few bay leaves onto each skewer. Drizzle with oil. Grill or pan-fry for about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon halves and toasted garlic bread.
