Torta Di Ricotta

The perfect torta di ricotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ricotta
  • 5 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pc. Organic lemon
  • 200 ml Milk
  1. Put 1,500g ricotta, the sugar, vanilla sugar, limoncello and the zest of an organic lemon with milk in a bowl. Beat eggs and fold into the ricotta mixture. Put everything in a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 80 minutes at 170 degrees.
  2. Let the cake cool in the oven. Do not open the oven door.
