Torta Di Ricotta

- 500 g Ricotta
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pc. Organic lemon
- 200 ml Milk
- Put 1,500g ricotta, the sugar, vanilla sugar, limoncello and the zest of an organic lemon with milk in a bowl. Beat eggs and fold into the ricotta mixture. Put everything in a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 80 minutes at 170 degrees.
- Let the cake cool in the oven. Do not open the oven door.
