Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of leaf spinach
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 pack of tortellini of your choice (refrigerated section)
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, then sauté in oil. Add the frozen spinach and 200 ml of water, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Fry the tortellini in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Wash and dice the tomatoes, then add them to the spinach along with the cream. Season with nutmeg. Place the spinach and tortellini in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the hot oven for about 12-15 minutes.
