  • 3 cubes of garlic butter
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bowl of mushrooms
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 cups of cream, 200 ml each
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 2 bags of tortellini (meat or cheese)
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the onions, mushrooms, and ham into strips or small cubes; just wash the broccoli. Melt the herb butter over low heat in a medium-sized pan, then sauté the onions. Then add the ham and mushrooms and continue to sauté over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Boil salted water for the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions. Deglaze the contents of the pan with cream. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the pan and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Now take the small broccoli heads (4-8) and cut off the sprouts on a small board, then add them to the pan. Check the tortellini. Strain. Add the grated Gouda to the pan and season with Vegeta, salt, and pepper. Serve with the tortellini.
