Tortellini tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 750 g tortellini with cheese filling
  • 200 g Gouda in one piece
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of garlic oil
  • n. B. Salad herbs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the bell pepper and tomato. Dice the Gouda cheese. Finely dice the onion and toss with the tuna and garlic oil. Combine the bell pepper, tomato, onion, tuna, and garlic oil mixture, corn, cheese, and tortellini. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the salad herbs with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of water and add to the salad. Mix well.
