Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with cheese filling, from the freezer
- 6 m.-large tomato(s), approx.
- ½ cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 dashes oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- basil
- some chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onion and dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent. Add the tomatoes and season well. Simmer in the pan for about 3-4 minutes, then add the tortellini (the tortellini don’t need to be pre-cooked!) and cover the pan. Cook the tortellini over medium heat until cooked (turning occasionally). Finally, remove the pan from the heat, stir in the crème fraîche, and serve hot.
