Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with ricotta/spinach filling
- 3 liters of salted water
- 50 g wild garlic butter (homemade)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook tortellini in salted water according to the instructions. When they’re done, drain the water, drizzle with wild garlic butter, if desired, over the hot tortellini, stir in, and serve. Serve with a fresh green salad, perhaps with finely chopped wild garlic. Homemade wild garlic butter: Wash a good handful of wild garlic leaves, let them dry, finely chop, and mix with softened butter. It tastes fantastic.
