Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 tortillas
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Texicana Salsa)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic, then fry with the ground meat in hot oil. Add the drained beans and corn, and season with salt and pepper. Quarter and deseed the tomatoes, then cut them into medium-sized cubes and add them to the ground meat mixture. Add the Texicana salsa and heat through. Fill the tortillas with 2/3 of the ground meat mixture, roll them up tightly, and cut them in half lengthwise. Spread the remaining ground meat mixture on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the tortilla rolls on top, mix the grated cheese with the crème fraîche, and dot the mixture on top. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
