Triplets with Curry Shrimp Quark

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Potatoes (triplets)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 250 g Quark lean 0.3% fat
  • 1 pack Arctic sea prawns 120 g
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 powerful splashes Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Small stalks of Maggi herb
  • 2 Vine tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash potatoes (triplets), cook in water with salt (1 teaspoon) and turmeric (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes and drain. Quark (250 g) with mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), sweet paprika (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches), rapeseed oil (1 teaspoon) and lemon juice ( 1 strong splash) to a creamy mass and finally add / fold in the prawns. Serve triplets with curry shrimp quark, garnished with a small tomato with Maggi cabbage.
