Trout Tartare
The perfect trout tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Smoked trout fillet without bones
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 1 Pc. Spring onions
- 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
- 0,5 Pc. Apple
- 5 disc Black bread
- Chives
- White milled pepper
- Salt
- Mix the crème fraîche, horseradish and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Trout fillets, cucumber and apple in small cubes; Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Pour into the crème fraîche and mix well.
- Cut out circular pieces from the black bread. Arrange the mixture on the bread thalers. Garnish with chives tips.
