Trout Tartare

The perfect trout tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Smoked trout fillet without bones
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 Pc. Spring onions
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 0,5 Pc. Apple
  • 5 disc Black bread
  • Chives
  • White milled pepper
  • Salt
  1. Mix the crème fraîche, horseradish and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Trout fillets, cucumber and apple in small cubes; Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Pour into the crème fraîche and mix well.
  3. Cut out circular pieces from the black bread. Arrange the mixture on the bread thalers. Garnish with chives tips.
