Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. B. Trulli pasta
  • 500 g pointed peppers, red
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • 2 tbsp Chinese spice
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 150 g tomato paste (approx. 3/4 tube)
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let it cool. Wash the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Combine the dressing ingredients, adding a little water if necessary to thin the dressing. Then add the pasta, bell peppers, spring onions, and corn to the dressing. This can easily be prepared a day in advance.
