Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g herb curd, low-fat
  • 130 g tuna (fillet), from the can
  • 3 gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for spooning, dipping or spreading on bread (low in calories and high in protein)

Cut the gherkins into small cubes and mix them in a bowl with the herb curd and tuna. Stir the mixture thoroughly to break down the tuna pieces and blend the flavors. This recipe is perfect as a vegetable dip or spread. It’s very filling, low in calories, and consists almost entirely of protein.
