Tuna snails

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 sheets of puff pastry, frozen
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 1 can of tuna, approx. 180 g
  • n. B. cheese e.g. Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for approx. 35 pieces

Thaw the puff pastry sheets slightly so they’ll be easier to roll up later. Layer salami, tuna, and, if desired, cheese (e.g., Gouda) on the puff pastry sheets. Then roll up the sheets and cut approximately 1 cm thick strips. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the snails at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 minutes. This makes approximately 35 snails. You’ve got a delicious snack. I always use puff pastry sheets from the freezer for these snails, the long ones.
