Tuna steak with tofu and spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tuna steak(s)
  • 100g tofu
  • 300 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 250 g leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low-carb

Wash the tuna steaks, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then wash the tofu, cut into cubes, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, and fry in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bring the milk, butter, and flour to a boil in a saucepan, then stir the turmeric powder into the sauce and fold in the tofu cubes. Finally, add the leaf spinach to the sauce and fold in. Serve with the steaks.
