Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 bag of light mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions
  • e.g. cherry tomatoes
  • n. B. Mushrooms, small
  • shallot(s)

  • olive oil
  • 1 wholemeal roll

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Drain the tuna and mash it finely in an ovenproof dish. Cut half of the mozzarella into small cubes, slice the spring onion into small slices, and mix both with the tuna. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Score the tomatoes, dry the mushrooms, peel the small onion and halve it or quarter it, depending on its size, and place everything in an ovenproof dish. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and then season with salt and pepper. Finally, thinly slice the remaining mozzarella and arrange it on top of the vegetables. Bake both dishes at 210 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Cut the bread roll into thin slices, toast them on both sides in a toaster until nice and crispy, and serve with the dish.
