Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast or chicken breast, shredded
  • 30 ml butter or margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown or white
  • 200 ml whipped cream (20 – 22% fat)
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Rinse the meat with cold water, remove any traces of skin, cartilage, etc., and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown. While the meat is browning, finely chop the garlic. If you like, you can also press it through a press. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces the same size as the meat. Before the meat is almost done cooking, add the garlic. After 1-2 minutes, add the mushrooms. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the cream and soy sauce and reduce the heat slightly. Serve with rice or noodles. If you like, you can add some parsley to the sauce or arrange it on the plate.
