Turkey in tomato and almond cream sauce a la claudsch

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Tandoori Masala)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp spice mix (garam masala)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey breast into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, season the meat with salt, pepper, and the masala, and sear. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds. Then add the diced tomatoes, the tandoori masala, the curry, and the remaining chopped almonds, and let it simmer. Finally, add crème fraîche, and this delicious dish is complete. Serve with rice or chapati.
