Turkey Pan
The perfect turkey pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Turkey pan
- 400 g Turkey breast inner fillet
- Salt to taste
- 1 Protein
- 1 tbsp Food starch
Vegetables
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Sherry to taste
- Gourmet pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
Turkey meat
- Turkey breast – wash the inner fillets, pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut into thin strips. Put these in a bowl and lightly salt. Then add egg white and cornstarch and mix carefully.

- Clean the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the shallot and cut into rings. Wash the zucchini, cut into slices, halve, quarter. Put everything together in a bowl. Put the oil in the Wii, heat it and first let the turkey strips brown on all sides at medium temperature.
- Remove, place in a bowl and set aside for a moment. Now increase the temperature on the stove and add the cleaned / cut vegetables. Sauté briefly and then add the meat that has been set aside again, stir and mix together.
- Now deglaze the whole thing with soy sauce & sherry and continue to fry while stirring. Season with salt and gourmet pepper, season to taste. For this I cooked a natural ice separately. Take a deep plate or bowl, top with rice, then the turkey-vegetable mixture, serve immediately.
