Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 400 g beans, frozen
  • 250 g mushrooms (chanterelles), small
  • 4 turkey schnitzels (minute steaks)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 100 g lean ham
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

WW suitable, 7 PP

Slice the onions. Cook the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean the chanterelles. Fry the turkey steaks in 1 teaspoon of oil for about 3 minutes on each side, remove and season with paprika, salt and pepper, and wrap in aluminum foil. Fry the chanterelles whole in the remaining frying fat for 3 minutes. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and 5 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil. If desired, you can double the sauce. Season this with paprika, pepper, and salt. Sauté the onions in another pan with the remaining oil, add the beans, and mix in the ham. Serve the steaks with the beans and top with the balsamic chanterelles. Baguette or ciabatta also tastes good with it, but the PP will obviously change.
