Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g cream cheese (herb balance)
- 375 ml vegetable broth
- Spice mix (fried chicken seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the turkey schnitzel and season. Chop the onion and mince the garlic, and fry with the meat. Then add the mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) and fry. After 10 minutes, add the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the Balance cheese and cook briefly again. Thicken if necessary. We always serve this with rice.
